Two night minimum stays usually apply at weekends and three night minimum stays apply on Bank Holiday weekends and New Year. Children (up to 14 years old) sharing with adults are charged at half adult rate. Cancellation Policy: We reserve the right to charge for the first night of your stay if you cancel your booking. Should you cancel less than 7 days before your booking was due to start, or fail to check-in, we reserve the right to charge for the full amount of the booking.
